Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Work with customers to plan and set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive key account relationship
  • Meet sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate account sales, marketing and technology needs on a regular basis
  • Own and drive participation in events and conferences
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects
  • Work across internal teams to ensure that customer service, technology, and all other SLA requirements are met
  • Continually review and document processes to improve the e-commerce sales program
  • Build and present sales reports

Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree from an accredited institution
  • E-Commerce experience
  • High aptitude for learning new software and understanding new technologies
  • Proficiency in business tools including Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to meet sales quotas or similar set targets
  • Able to create and own strategic business plans
  • This position requires occasional travel
