Senior Business Process Engineer Role

Job Description:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Technical/Business Analyst and as an expert in facilitation of technical requirements definition and documentation using established techniques.
  • 5+ years of experience in writing and designing workflow, application design, and/or writing business requirements or processes.
  • Strong organizational and process analysis skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, and analytical skills; and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the software system development lifecycle (SDLC). 
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experiences in creating Visio process diagrams and MS project.
  • Experience working with .NET development environment and creating/refining SQL queries with SQL service and Oracle database for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working in large complex .NET development project implementations; knowledge and experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
