Role:Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

Location:Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards and support ad hoc query requests
  
• Proactively identify business reporting challenges, and work with technology partners to devise and deliver solutions
  
• Understand business stakeholders objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance
  
• Help manage senior management expectations related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  
• Review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives the overall objectives of the CRM Program
  
• Deliver end user CRM training to new hires; provide refresher training to existing employees as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years of experience in a report development business analytics, or comparable data analysis role
  
• Strong command of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office, SQL, and PowerBI
  
• Experience using data reporting and visualization tools such as SRSS or Tableau
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills
  
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision, and highly organized
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  
• Comfortable interfacing with users of varying levels of technical skill
  
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on team environment
  
• Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  
• Understanding of Project Management Methods
  

Preferred

• Project Management Experience or PMP Certification
  
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and techniques
  
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus
