Job description

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Logistics management (Transportation, customer clearance, reverse, warehouse): Assure accuracy and efficiency of the inventory consistency of inventory accounts and goods (CIAG) and RMA (Return, reverse, scrap, etc)
• Arrange necessary transportation resource to fulfill the order and manage the logistics service providers performance; Conducting regular business review with logistics service provider to improve the business efficiency, monitoring the performance of logistics service provider;
• Regular stock taking with warehouse as per company request and Inner control regulation; using transportation management system (HTM) system to monitor the payment with logistics service provider and finance.
  

Communication: Communicate with HQ on daily basis

Qualification:

Education and/or Certifications/Licenses:

Minimum: Bachelor degree in administration of logistics, supply chain, international trade, business administration, project management, or related commerce discipline; or equivalent

Preferred: Masters Degree in logistics and/or supply chain

Minimum: 3 years telecom experience with supply chain, project management or related fields

Preferred: 5 years related technical and business experience, working experience with world leading telecom manufacturer or in telecom industry is an advantage

• Good understanding of supply chain management; excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).

• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
  
• Intermediate Microsoft Office applications knowledge; advanced business analysis and vendor management skills; advanced knowledge of company products and sales and marketing strategies.
