Your experience and expertise...

We don't necessarily care how long you've been doing development; more important is the passion and talent you bring to the table.
With that said, it would be nice if you have the following experience:
You've worked with Drupal or can quickly be taught. We run Drupal 8 on new projects, but have a few D7 sites, too.
You've written PHP code and developed custom Drupal modules.
You can set up and configure a web server on your own.
Performance and speed is something you consider when developing.
You write code that someone else can understand.
You are comfortable providing accurate estimates for completing work.
You are comfortable with the command line.
You test before you push.
