Development Manager DOES (among other things):

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record of developing and delivering technology solutions in a business environment.
  
• Demonstrated work in cross-functional teams in both small and large team environments
  
• Strong understanding of software design and architecture process
  
• Experience with entire SDLC and solid grasp of engineering fundamentals
  
• A visible passion for technology and process improvements
  
• Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
  
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, SDSS, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap
  
• Experience with OOP (C# and .Net) as well as MVC or n-tier architecture
  
• Experience with NetSuite APIs and MSSQL
  
• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  
• Solid communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Strong HTML/JQuery/CSS background
  
• Mobile App Development Experience
  
• Experience with T-SQL, SSRS
  
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
  
• 5+ years of experience working as a web/mobile programmer/solution architect ideally in a customer centric E-Commerce type environment
  
• BS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  
• NetSuite Certified Suite Foundation preferred
