Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of Workday HCMS platform and tools to ensure the employee experience with HR systems aligns to overall enterprise strategy and culture
  • Project manage a cloud-based implementation, working with IT, Finance and the Talent Team, that supports our IT strategy, and create a road map that optimizes our human capital service delivery
  • Identify, recommend and implement new or improved systems or processes in support of business growth and goals
  • Lead and support upgrades, enhancements, testing and validation of systems; Analyze software releases to assess impact of new features
  • Oversee maintenance of integrations between HRIS and other applications within the company
  • Maintain data integrity by proactively conducting audits and analyzing transactions
  • Manage relationship with other technology teams (IT)
  • Manage budget for all HR systems
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Develop and maintain process documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of HRIS applications and theory
  • Significant experience in implementation of Workday required
  • Demonstrated project or program management skills/experience
  • Conversant in change management best practices and methodology
  • Ability to work effectively with leadership and non-technical user base
  • Ability to articulate technical and systems precepts and impact to non-technical staff
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading an upgrade and full migration to state-of-the-art HCMS system
  • Masters degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution
  • Experience with Deltek Vision, ADP, Workday offerings
  • Experience working in a professional services business
  • PMI Certification Preferred
