JOB DESCRIPTION:

â?¢            Develop, maintain, and implement  System/Integration testing strategy,test plans, test processes, test scenarios, and test cases based on MAXIMUSâ??CMMI standards

â?¢            Assist with UAT testing

â?¢            Communicate with Business/Systems Analysts and Developers to understand/clarifyrequirements

â?¢            Identify and prepare test data for testing

â?¢            Identify, report, and manage defects in defect tracking system

â?¢            Provide testing status reports per Project requirements and  provide inputto the Project Plans and Processes

â?¢            Identify and communicate risks to Project team

â?¢            Provide regular updates to the Test/Project Manager

â?¢            Provide technical information for Change Requests meetings

â?¢            Participate in systems requirement reviews and team meetings when necessary

â?¢            Maintain Projectâ??s test documentation

â?¢            Provide mentoring to the testing team as required

â?¢            Participates in production support and troubleshooting when required

â?¢            Participate in Systems Integration Testing with vendors or clients

â?¢            Participate in collection and review of quantitative data related to softwaretesting and development activities for measurement and analysis as required.

â?¢            Maintain testing work products to comply with PPQA reviews and audits which isto ensure compliance with documented plans, procedures, and standards asrequired.

PERSONAL/SOFT SKILLS: 

â?¢            Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationskills.

â?¢            Ability to do presentations and walkthroughs with Systems and Businesspersonnel

â?¢            Ability to work well in a fast paced environment under deadlines in a changingenvironment.

â?¢            Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously,

â?¢            Must be organized and detail oriented

TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

â?¢            6+ yearsâ?? experience with software quality assurance required, with min of 2years on mid-large sized projects

â?¢            Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for creating/modifying queries is a must.

â?¢            Demonstrated proficiency in Test Plan and Test Case writing

â?¢            Experience in using Unix for file manipulation and basic shell scripting

â?¢            Experience with testing tools for test and defect management.

â?¢            Experience with Scriptinglanguages such as JavaScript, HTML, creating and validating XML,SOAP UI

â?¢            Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Project, and Excel).

â?¢            Excellent analytical skills.

â?¢            Thorough understanding of all phases of SDLC required and various testing typessuch as Systems, Integration, UAT etc.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED:

â?¢            Exposure to Automation testing tools for basic modifications and execution.

â?¢            Healthcare Industryexperience is a plus.

â?¢            Testing BI reports
