Job Description ;

Note : Neo Load experience a must

Essential Duties:

â?¢ Participate in performance related technical and businessdiscussions to identify performance and load testing needs.

â?¢ Assist in the analysis, design and development of aperformance roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state.

â?¢ Gather and analyze data and develop performancerequirements at solution and product level.

â?¢ Design performance test strategy to account for all PerformanceEngineering activities.

â?¢ Oversee creation and maintenance of performance test dataset up for test execution.

â?¢ Perform analysis of performance test results and conductregular review of metrics with application team.

â?¢ Monitor and measure resource consumption of components,processes and latency at measurable points in the systems under test.

â?¢ Report defects and interact with software developers andtesters to ensure they are fixed and thoroughly tested. 

â?¢ Synthesize complex metrics gathered from test runs,analyze and interpret data, create presentations for both technical andnon-technical audience.

â?¢ Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOpsengineer and development team to ensure performance, capacity and scalabilityrequirements are tested at all tiers that make up the end-to-end solution topromote successful delivery of quality products to our customers.

â?¢ Maintain a constant focus on continuously improving thedelivery of Performance Testing in innovative ways; provide regular knowledgesharing and coaching on performance best practices to others in theorganization.

Skills Required

â?¢ Knowledge of JavaScript development

â?¢ Knowledge of Web development

â?¢ Knowledge of software testing theories and practices

â?¢ Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timelyand proactive manner

â?¢ Maintain awareness and knowledge of the emerging trends intechnology and apply this knowledge in establishing new and innovativetechnology solutions

â?¢ Should have basic understanding of database concepts

â?¢ Experience querying data from a database using SQL

â?¢ Having a Developer background is a plus, But notmandatory.

â?¢ Strong communication (both verbal and written),interpersonal, and collaboration skills

â?¢ Experience with Agile methodology

â?¢ Experience working with automated performance testingtools (e.g. NeoLoad)

â?¢ Experience working in a Windows and Linux
