Description:

• Responsible for providing support to business groups, through information analyses (e.g. current process, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.),
  
• Preparation of financial data/ analyses for the business leaders who rely on and benefit from the information to make informed business decisions.
  
• Primary responsibilities to supporting Projects/ Labs as the financial management controller for labs and projects and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of business performance.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact frequently with Sr. level project managers and lab leaders.
  
• Perform analysis, financial planning, financial advice and provide recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic goals.
  
• Present for management and key internal stakeholders.
  
• Manage the annual budgeting and monthly/ quarterly forecast processes.
  
• Support the month end closing related to projects in system.
  
• Develop and publish regular reporting (both customer acquisition & financial) to track results and progress against goals/ KPIs- optimize Flash and Dashboards reporting.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while appropriately prioritizing projects.
  

Education and Professional Experience:

• BA or above degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related areas
  
• 1-5 year finance or accounting work experience and minimum of 1 year related work experience
  
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
