Role:- Oracle EBS HR Analyst

Location:- Charlottesville, VA

Required Skills :

• Oracle EBS HCM SME, gathering requirements, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Requirements
• Business Analysis/Requirement Gathering
• Knowledge of the Oracle EBS V12 Tables and APIs, specifically HR/Payroll
• PL/SQL Development (customizations, reports, and interfaces)
• Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, Labor Distribution, OLM -Not all are required, but more is better.
• Oracle Advanced Benefits – Strongly desired Nice to Have

• Working with the client to gather requirements for projects/initiatives.
• Developing specs for the projects.
• Testing, validating of the data.
• Writing and developing code
• Reviewing the developed code.
• Wring procedures for the execution of the programs.
• Analyze the requirements.
• Prepare the Business requirement documents, Functional documents.
• Working with the team of developers to analyze the design and testing the data.
• Develop and integrate Data Stage jobs.
• Develop Oracle scripts and PL/SQL procedures.
• Modify/maintain Oracle Fast Formulas
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Work with vendors on interfaces/integrations
