Job Description

Were looking to fill a mid to senior level position on our design and development team.
This will be creating visual design concepts and compositions.
This role requires working with a team of front-end developers, documenting visual designs, providing UI/design pattern guidance, and working across multiple devices (web, mobile, and tablet).
Also, intimate knowledge of Performance or Direct Response Marketing, website usability that promotes engagement, as well as familiarity with A/B testing and optimization technologies are all pluses.

Responsibilities

Creative/Design UI and Banner Ad Mockups
Provide feedback to business on best practices to engage user interactions.
Facilitate best of breed creative standards across the Design team
Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule

Skills/Attributes Required

Advanced skills with Adobe Suite of products including but not limited to Photoshop and Illustrator
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Optimizing designs for usability and browser compatibility
Understanding of A/B of multivariate testing and optimization technologies
Familiarity with Search Engine Marketing
Some background in performance or direct response marketing
