Minimum Qualifications

BA in statistics, computer science, mathematics, planning, engineering or similar degree
3 years progressively responsible experience managing and querying data in a relational database environment. (this means Oracle, SQL etc)
At least 2 years experience in applying quantitative methods of analysis and research in support of decision-making.
1 year of experience applying statistical analysis
