Job Description :

• Develop analysis and presentations for leadership that contain insightful and actionable intelligence.
  
• Lead and assist others with conducting proper urgency, impact, and risk assessment of change requests.
  
• Lead and assist others with conducting effective investigation / diagnosis of incidents and root cause analysis of problems. Develop, implement and document solutions in a timely manner and validate with users that service has been restored.
  
• Ability to quickly understand the available data within PFG, how it is used, and the relationships between various data objects.
  
• Demonstrates ability to engage within a collaborative process, bringing stakeholders together to establish which business outcomes are desired.
  
• Ensure consistent, comprehensive and actionable understanding of analytic informational needs.
  
• Demonstrates ability to research business problems and create models that help analyze business problems.
  
• Enables stakeholders to collaborate, build, and manage a common business vocabulary across the organization.
  
• Fosters user interest and adoption of reporting tools through planning and delivering Cognos training.
  
• Other duties as assigned per business needs.
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
  
• 4 - 6 Years Information Technology work experience
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Information technology or related area.
  
• 6 - 10 Years information technology within foodservice industry.
  
• Team lead experience.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
