Title: Billing Analyst

End Client: Comcast Cable

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6-18 Months

Mode: Phone+Phone/F2F

1. 7-10 years Experience/exposure to Telecom or Cable billing system/process/analysis for VIDEO, DATA AND VOICE SERVICES. IF the experience is on the Wholesale side it even better
2. Experience in massaging/enriching data from various sources doing the analysis to prepare the bill. Lead investigations
3. Ability to read contracts and identify items that are billable and non-billable
4. Interface with suppliers of billing information and validate the data 
5. Experience in writing Epics and User stories and working with IT to automate billing process
6. Exposure to Aria billing system a plus
7. Ability to create manual reports using SQL/Excel/Access or Tableau
8. Big 5 consulting preferred
9. College degree a must
10. Project Management experience
11. Product Management experience, good to have
