Job Description

• Under general direction, prepares, analyzes and reviews financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and US Statutory Accounting standards.
  
• Supports internal and external audit processes. And mitigates and remediates SOX compliance issues.
  
• This role will report to the manager of financial statement analytics.
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs and communicates the results of financial statement analytics. Liases with business partners in understanding key drivers of results across the company.
• Presents the results of these analytics to senior management with the support of the manager of financial statement analytics.
  
• Conducts monthly analysis of expenses against budget.
• Analyzes variances and prepares materials to be presented to senior management.
  

• Supports the preparation of SEC and/or US Statutory filings including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, Registration Statements, Proxy Statements, and filings to other regulatory agencies.
  
• Mitigates and remediates SOX compliance issues identified through internal and external audit processes.
  
• Works with systems and projects teams to automate, maintain, and update existing reports.
  

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in accounting and/or finance roles.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, related field, or equivalent experience.
  
• Public Accounting experience preferred.
  
• Intermediate MS Office skills required.
  
• SAP experience preferred.
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail required.
