Job Description:

Job Summary of Office 365 Specialist:

The primary responsibilities is to serve as the subject matter expert providing Office 365 support resolving any reported issues following a recent company Office 365 upgrade.

Office 365 Specialist Job Responsibilities:

·         Serve as the expert Lead Technical Support for any issues or requests related to Office 365.

·         Provide expert-level customer service support and resolutions for Office 365 issues.

·         Migrations including Mailboxes, Public Folders, User Profiles.

·         Configuration and support of Microsoft ADFS

·         Configure and issue trusted certificates

·         Working with the FastTrack Onboarding Center

·         Assist in the development of best practices and improvements to existing environment

·         Create documentation of current and new processes which adhere to best practices.

·         Serve as the subject matter expert for MS Office 365 deployment support.

Office 365 Specialist Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Demonstrated experience planning and supporting a Microsoft Office 365 migration of 1000+ mailboxes.

·         Strong experience with Active Directory, including advanced features such as certificate services, federation services, Active Directory domain and forest restructuring, consolidation and migrations.

·         Experience supporting a 1000+ mailbox Exchange cloud or hybrid environment

·         Experience with Microsoft Azure.

·         Strong knowledge of architecture & deployment processes with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server and Exchange Online.

·         PowerShell scripting

·         Hands-on experience with DirSync

·         Experience using FastTrack Onboarding Center.

·         Experience in configuration, managing all aspects of Office 365

·         Experience architecting, designing and building large scale, multi-regional Microsoft Exchange environments is an asset.

·         Experience architecting, designing and building large scale, multi-regional Microsoft Lync Server environments is an asset.

·         Familiarity with Office Telemetry and document compatibility testing for Office 2016 but not required.
