What you will do:

Manage, refine, and prioritize product backlog items, including system bugs, tasks, and minor enhancements.

Analyze problems, determine cause, initiate corrective action, and perform solution tracking.

Design software features (i.e., user interfaces, reports, databases, utilities, etc.) and coordinate with development team to ensure adherence to product design guidelines and standards for a consistent interface and user experience.

Deliver artifacts to support requirements and design, including business rules, mind maps, flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups, or other detailed deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements, UI design, and acceptance criteria.

Manage and track product backlog items throughout the software development life cycle.

Perform final stage quality assurance testing and facilitate user acceptance.

Communicate backlog status, readiness, issues, and risks to management and stakeholders.

Make recommendations for product enhancements, including improved functional processes and streamlined workflows.

Participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies include Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demonstrations, and Retrospectives.

Handle multiple project responsibilities simultaneously, prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they occur.

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

7+ years experience in business analysis and gathering requirements, as they relate to finance and accounting related solutions

Experience with OMS, POS/mPOS applications.

Practical knowledge of Structured Query Language

Experience translating requirements into test scripts

Experience with core business processes across various functions, including, but not limited to, Finance and Accounting

Experience with Agile-based Project Management methodologies

Experience documenting Business Process Flows using Microsoft Visio, or similar applications
