Job Description:

Key Responsibilities And Duties:-

  • Establish new partnerships with financial technology providers, financial technology resellers and system integrators
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive prospects and customers to regional marketing events
  • Research, prospect and cold-call new financial technology provider or system integrator prospects
  • Oversee Inside Sales Representativeâ??s cold calling and prospecting efforts
  • Present company overview, business solutions and partnership value drivers through online and in-person presentations and demonstrations
  • Create and deliver proposals and quotations
  • Lead negotiations between potential alliances
  • Collaborate with Contracts and Compliance on creating contracts
  • Manage existing partnerships with key financial technology providers including but not limited to ACI, FIS, Fiserv and Fundtech
  • Educate partners on industry trends and best practices to secure users and sign transactions
  • Introduce new product offerings and discuss future offerings with partners
  • Penetrate and grow existing customer base by cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue opportunities
  • Support financial technology partner relationships as point of contact for escalation
  • Ensure prompt and effective service delivery by Customer Support
  • Analyze and review metrics on existing partnerships and identify new opportunities
  • Identify and target new strategic partnership prospects
  • Set goals and strategies for each existing partnership as well as new prospect
  • Review plan on an ongoing basis
  • Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com on a weekly basis
  • Provide ongoing advice and consultation to financial technology partners and prospects on best practices to secure users and sign transactions across different channels (mobile, retail, commercial and employee access)
  • Identify and attend industry roundtables, tradeshows, conferences, and other industry events to develop financial technology partnership opportunities, to grow existing partnerships and to get recognized as a go-to-expert on banking security
  • Participate in public speaking engagements to build brand and reputation as an banking security industry expert

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Partner Management experience including experience with financial technology partners
  • Experience as successful quota carrying software Sales professional
  • Security Software Sales experience preferred
  • Ideally has worked with ACI, FIS, Fiserv or Fundtech or similar financial technology partners
  • Professionally trained in Sales Principles, Process and Techniques
  • BA/BS degree preferred but at minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas
