Role:- HRIS Business Analyst - SAP Success Factors

Location: Boston, MA

Job Description:

• Spearhead the support of HR information systems (Success Factors, ADP etc.)
  
• Consult with and provide guidance to HR partners regarding effective systems design and tool deployment
  
• Support the company's integrated Human Resource Information System, via implementations, enhancements, integration's, configuration, issue resolution, security administration, testing and other technical projects as assigned
  
• Work with HR stakeholders to gather requirements to meet the business needs and provide effective HR systems solutions
  
• Act as a team member of major and minor business system programs for key initiatives (e.g. Success Factors Implementation)
  
• Assist with development of the strategic multi-year road map in alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Help set direction on a quarterly and annual basis; delegate assignments to direct reports in alignment with road map and enterprise priorities; provide thought leadership to team
  
• Identify opportunities for improvement and increase -out of the box- usage of existing HRIS systems; evaluate products, technologies and vendors; review options and make recommendations in alignment with enterprise objectives and departmental road maps; assess people, process and technology; provide cost justifications for additional tools, technologies and staff
  
• Assist with support and project engagements to document technical requirements for HRIS Systems and Programs
  
• Work with peers and vendors; regularly interact with senior management or executives; change perspective of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damaging relationships -
