CONFIDENTIALITY
- This position requires strict confidentiality. Access to company information will not be discussed with anyone inside or outside the company.
- Process the company payroll, time-keeping, and HRIS systems.
- Process employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings).
- Process employee time card data from the timekeeping system to payroll and reconcile variances.
- Process employee verification of employment (VOE) requests.
- Approve and process timecards; address any timecard exceptions.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for two separate companies (each company runs on an alternating schedule).
- Support front-line supervisors, members of management, and the Executive team by providing weekly, monthly, and on-demand payroll / time & attendance reports.
- Prepare necessary reports and preparations required for audits.
- Train staff, management, and stakeholders on relevant topics in the areas of tax compliance, compensatory law updates, and the Healthcare Reform Act.
- Provide exceptional internal customer service to our staff, stakeholders, and management team, in an empathetic, confidential, and professional manner.
- Required Experience BS, BA or related years of experience
- At least 3 years of Payroll / Accounting experience. HRIS / Time clock database experience desired.
- Overall understanding of accounting, exposure to management reporting systems
- Strong commitment to detail and error-free performance
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
