  • SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint (Your resume must showcase professional experience with these requirements to be eligible for the position)
  • As Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for the review, analysis and communication data and information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • The output includes (but is not limited to) Sales reporting, Internal Management reporting and Financial Statutory reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test and deploy management reports using Business Objects, Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint necessary for making business decisions, measuring goal attainment and performance metrics within the company
  • Translate data results into written reports, tables, graphs and charts to convey information to management
  • Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations
  • Data gathering, research and analytical abilities so as to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions to address user needs
  • Review and assess proposals requesting changes or additions to existing reports
  • Create ad hoc reports and views on a frequent basis to assist management in understanding, researching and analyzing issues.
  • Ability to validate data quality in reports
  • Responsible for identification and analysis of errors/inconsistencies in the data and provides timely resolutions.
  • Works directly with data and report users to create user stories that describe their reporting and analytical needs.
  • Assist with creation of reporting business requirements, technical design, testing, and maintenance processes.
  • Participates in estimation and planning of development, deployment and operation activities
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or other related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum two years of business analytics and/or financial reporting experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Dynamics, Access, Sharepoint,SAP (Business Objects).
