SAP Master Data Analyst / Developer Location : Lawrence Township, NJ Duration : 6+ Months Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst/Developer. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Candidate should have experience working with large dataset, analytics tools and good communication skills. Has extensive knowledge is creating dashboards using Tableau and SQL Responsibilities working with data from various sources from Databases and files etc. Need to work with large volume data and do analysis. Create dashboards and maintain in Tableau. Provide data analytics supporting business recommendations Provide ADHOC analysis results to business team under tight timeline. Skills and Knowledge Desired: BA/BS required 3+ years of experience developing and using advanced analytics and reporting techniques 3+ years experience Tableau 5+ years experience with relational Databases such as Oracle. 4+ years experience in SAS. Direct experience with analyzing large, complex data sets and interacting with relational databases Significant experience manipulating and interpreting secondary data and unstructured data sources Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred Ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data; identify key findings; and link to implications and provide recommendations Ability to frame analytic findings in a digestible and business friendly format that identifies key business implications Professional experience in analytics or reporting (e.g., report creation, dash boarding, scorecards, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams across organizational lines and structures Ability to learn new tools quickly Ability to provide data analysis in concise formats Prior Pharmaceutical experience is big plus Skills Required Experience Data Analyst Yes 3-5 years
