Areas of concern on the project. Data Migration, SD/OTC and EDI, Lack of Business process documentation and frozen Scope. Responsibilities: The Manager role owns functional and technical prioritisation in accordance with the ERP Service OPS and ERP Program delivery manager The Manager is responsible for ensuring agreed request for changes (RFCâ??s) as a result of the Change Control Board (project and business as usual BAU) are catalogued, prioritised, resourced, monitored, managed and closed in accordance with an agreed timeframe to an agreed quality in consultation with the ERP Programme Delivery and ERP Service Operations Service Delivery Managers. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that Functional Design documentation is produced to an agreed format, agreed quality standard and in accordance with the documented ERP design principles of the Global Template The Manager is responsible for allocating and managing successful resource requests to the appropriate Functional Solution Architect as a result of test cycle faults being identified. Manager is responsible to identify and deploy Client best practices for the different functional areas through the Business Excellence team (all the non-financial functions but in line with Finance End-to End Team). Requirements: 5+ years of managing Implementaion stage ERP projects. Expert in full ERP lifecycle. Experience in enterprise-level SAP projects using waterfall methodology throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success Expert level understanding of the SAP product suite Extensive experience with SAP configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls Experience defining business requirements, writing functional design documentation Experience in documenting current state business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs in accordance with the agreed ERP Design principles Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes Experience in designing SAP software components Experience integrating SAP with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools Expert SAP knowledge Expert Integration understanding Preferred Skills and Experiences: Expert in depth understanding of business functions and SAP. Specific knowledge of: Commercial (OE; Shipping; Preparation) Shopfloor & Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Planning Experience with remote/dotted line management of staff in multiple countries Strong management skills to enforce appropriate deliverable of team members SAP implementation experience in multinational environment People Change Management experience as part of ERP implementation at a location. Industry experience: Full lifecycle ERP experience in an ERP manufacturing environment with specific understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, shop floor, commercial and finance processes and operations
