Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand specific opportunities and customer needs. Articulate business opportunities and needs into market requirements and high quality requirement documents with concise and clear definitions for the technical teams to implement. Assist Product/Project Sponsor activities by driving business requirements from conception to implementation. Lead high-performance cross-functional teams by working closely with partners to leverage emerging technologies to create unique value in add-on products. Create, manage and communicate the near term and long term roadmaps for all assigned products. Enthusiastically support the sales team by helping communicate the value and feature/functionality of solutions Pro-actively participate in company marketing and sales events to promote and solicit feedback on opportunities or issues. Support growth of GlobalOnePay through various channels, including through leadership articles, webinars, workshops, etc. Passionately follow products, technologies, standards and communities for global payment processing. Regularly brief the management team about competitors\' offerings and industry trends for integrated solutions and open APIs for cross-channel on-line marketing BS and 5+ years of hands-on experience in customer-facing Software Development (SDLC) software solutions (preferably related to payment Gateway, integrated payments and virtual terminals) with 3+ years of experience in product and/or program management or 8 or more years professional product management experience is preferred. Detailed knowledge of payment processing (i.e., ACH, debit card, credit card, etc.) & knowledge of compliance requirements of all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, etc.) is required. Must be able to travel 20% of the time. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. Strong understanding of Payment APIs, Web Services, Cloud Computing and related field and standards. Experience in developing, managing, and launching products through collaboration and partnerships. Proven experience in creating detailed, complete & accurate Business Requirements Documents. Self-motivated, self-directed with highly developed organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage, deliver and prioritize tasks. Very refined communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal relationship skills in support of effectively leading cross-functional teams A \"can-do\" spirit including excellent decisioning skills Ability to dive deep but maintain focus on the important details and business objectives Enthusiastic about working in small and fast-paced teams Excellent English spoken and written
