Candidates should have 2-4 years of demonstrated Employee Benefits/ERISA experience at a nationally recognized law firm, accounting firm, or government agency. Candidates will be expected to contribute to a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including drafting, negotiating and counseling on compensation arrangements, welfare benefit programs, ERISA Title 1 issues, and mergers and acquisitions.
Candidates will have significant responsibility and will serve as a key team member and contact person for many of the firm\'s practice areas, including corporate and securities, real estate, financial services, commercial finance, employment, restructuring and tax.
All candidates must have excellent academic credentials, analytical and writing skills, plus a team focused attitude. Candidates are required to be bar licensed or eligible for admission on waiver in the office location of application. Candidates with accounting or consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
