.Net TECHNICAL LEAD

Reports to: Manager, Enterprise Products
SUMMARY: Under general direction, the Technical Lead willguide and enable a team of development resources to researches, design,facilitate in the development and documents software systems. This positionanalyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within timeand cost constraints and consults with enterprise architect to evaluateoperational and performance requirements of the overall solution. The TechnicalLead’s role on projects is to “lead technically” as it relates to the analysis,design, planning, feasibility, organization and coordination of softwaredevelopment projects. This position requires a high degree of collaboration anddetailed communication within and across multiple teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Possesses and demonstrates expert knowledge inone or more of these disciplines: .Net, Biztalk or Informatica.
• Full life-cycle experience (including design,development, unit testing, debugging, etc.) in the delivery of a wide varietyof enterprise software solutions, including internet, intranet,object-oriented, service-oriented, client/server and n-tier architecturesolutions.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases and databaseapplications including but not limited to understanding advanced SQL, StoredProcedures, access path analysis, debugging, data modeling, and designingrelational databases.
• Good understanding of and ability to apply theprinciples of software design, design patterns, operational characteristics ofsystems, and networking.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts intechnical and business terms.
• Strong technical knowledge in Objected OrientedDevelopment methodologies, SOA concept, and Microsoft Development tool sets
TECHNICAL LEAD
• Experience with ETL tool such as Informatica
• Demonstrated leadership capable of motivatingand energizing the skilled software engineers, as well as gaining their respect
