Location:  Long Beach,CA

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:Work directly with the customer to translate business requirements to an iterative and evolving solution.
Develop features in an iterative manner
Communicate progress and any obstacles to customer and other project stakeholders
Work with the customer to deploy to different environments (testing, production)
Respond to customer feedback and work with them to plan new features or fixes
 
Required skills:
ASP.NET MVC 4 or above
Rich UI development using jQuery and AJAX
Object Oriented Programming (OOP) 
TDD using automated unit testing tools such as NUnit, MSUnit
Entity Framework.

3-5 years technical expertise in web applications development in ASP.NET/C#.

Significant experience in the following technologies a PLUS - MVC 4, Web API, REST, JSON.NET, JSON 

Expertise in web technologies - JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks (Ext JS or jQuery), XML, AJAX, CSS3.   

SQL experience using a relational database like MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server

Desired skills:Modern web frameworks such as AngularJS or Nods JS
Experience with 3rd party UI tools that provide drag and drop or other advanced functionality
Experience using Scrum/Agile methodologies
Experience using a Continuous Integration (CI) process
Experience automating builds and deployments.
