You will team with world-class professionals to define, develop and test strategies that directly impact the bottom line. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Exploration: Gather and interpret business needs and opportunities for improvement and translate those needs into requirements for the design and technical teams to execute against. Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various healthcare products. Product: Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, take concepts (epics) and turn them into detailed, actionable epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Use forward thinking to identify gaps in Requirements and/or Acceptance Criteria. Represent project stakeholders throughout the requirements gathering and development process and scope through the project life cycle in an agile environment. Assist Product team in creating & prioritizing a backlog of requirements. Experience in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle. Strategic & analytic focus: A proven track record of decision-making and problem solving based on data. Structured and analytical thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation. Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: Be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business Exceptional communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills Clear results orientation: Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long-term goals. He/she should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment Desired Skills and Experience Experience 3 year(s): Creative Business Analysis Experience (Non-Technical) 3 year(s): Demonstrated track record of flourishing in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment 3 year(s): Sophisticated experience writing epics and user stories 3 year(s): Experience working in an agile environment, preferably with teams executing scrum methodology in a squad-format 3 year(s): Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira & Confluence 3 year(s): Experience in a Product Management role
