Job description::: Product Manager The Product Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the product line strategy and product road map for the client brands. This is achieved through the management of the entire product life cycle from market/customer needs assessment, competitive analysis, new product launch, and the development and coordination of marketing and sales plans geared to maximize sales revenue, margins, and EBITDA. The Product Manager will assist in the development of the external market message and brand positioning as well the internal margin maintenance/improvement and product quality. By providing market data, industry analysis, and voice of the customer data, the Product Manager will enable the company to make informed decisions about managing and marketing the product line, introducing new products, or expanding products to new channels. Summary Of Responsibility Manages a range of products within a defined product portfolio to achieve company targets for growth of sales, market share, and profit. Provides ongoing technical product support, conducts product training, and participates in creating training presentations/materials for internal employees and distributors. Responsible for documentation of product specifications and product binder. Partners with Marketing team in the development of marketing materials to drive sales in all channels of distribution. Identifies product features and benefits that deliver superior customer value, technological advantage, design differentiation, or performance differentiation. Leads cross-functional product development teams and projects for on-time new product launches. Develops 3-year product innovation pipeline in collaboration with President of Shade Structures, Inc. Analyzes and synthesizes market-based facts and data (including customer, end user, and competitive) to develop product and portfolio strategy
