A Day in the Life as Senior HRIS Analyst at A10: This role offers a significant opportunity to make an impact by taking inefficiencies and turning them into effective, repeatable solutions to continue to build on the foundation for a successful and responsive HR department. This is an individual contributor role where you will work with HRBPs, Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, and IT to implement new features, upgrade and improve, support and maintain our HRIS tools. Youâ??ll provide full Workday support including daily requests, tasks, system upgrades, updates, and integrations all with the creativity and autonomy to do what you know works best. Working cross-functionally with team members to understand business needs and objectives, recognizing compliance requirements, and understanding future system enhancements, lead the implementation of process improvements that create efficiencies, reduce error, and streamline processes. Lead HRIS-related projects including, but not limited to, requirements definition, functional specifications, analysis and design, system setup and configuration, testing, documentation, business process definition, user adoption and training and data conversion. On a daily basis, drive and execute on the full range of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions including business process configuration, system enhancements, security administration, report & analytics assessment and development, and training and communications. Identify, implement, and maintain security model based on functional responsibilities and configure HR system to enforce the security access to data while ensuring flexibility for business needs. Provide internal client support including report writing and dashboard building, troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methods. Act as Workday expert supporting integration with other systems. Partnering with process and program owners, ensure a high level of client satisfaction while maintaining data integrity and compliance. Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular system audits. Update data within the system in a timely and accurate manner.
