Job description Client is looking to hire a Regional Supply Chain Manager based out of our San Diego, CA Hospitals. The Regional Supply Chain Manager will provide management and oversight in regional supply chain processes to achieve competitive advantages and improve effectiveness and efficiency at our hospitals in San Diego, Denver, and Chicago. Responsibilities Supports and implements all supply chain strategies and solutions to obtain the best value for expenditures including setting minimum operational standards, coordinating supply chain planning, ensuring proper warehousing and inventory of goods and equipment, supporting timely distribution of goods and complying with legal requirements including hands-on execution of the strategy in support of current and future needs. Implements purchasing and inventory control policies and procedures to enhance inventory effectiveness across all hospitals. Adapts and implements best-in?class supply chain management practices aimed at improving vendor sourcing, procurement, material management, logistics, and delivery to strengthen and streamline the overall supply chain performance and meet organizational objectives. Partners with internal teams to develop strategies and define organizational needs to ensure technology is appropriately applied to each stage of the supply chain process achieving maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
