Chronic Disruptor seeking E-commerce Manager
Blurring the lines between print, packaging and technology, and creators of the industryâ??s first true web-to-pack platform, we are experiencing success with 2 brands and we seeking to expand! Our team is growing and we need a superstar E-commerce manager to lead our team.
Duties of the Ecommerce manager:
Strategy Execution â?? Understand and execute on the Ecommerce strategy across multiple brands
Supervise â?? Oversee the ecommerce team, divide tasks, run team meetings
Analytics and Reports â?? Prepare and track relevant ecommerce analytics for executive management
Project Development and Presentation â?? Present roadmap strategy and milestone presentations to executive management
Monitoring the Experience â?? understand the customer journey of each brand, sample customers, monitor feedback, engage in resolution tactics for the ecommerce team
SEO/SEM â?? Be active increasing organic SERP and paid traffic campaigns, content strategy and implementation, employ best on-site and off-site SEO practices
Social Media â?? Oversee social media presence and campaigns, target trends and expand influence
Advertising â?? Assist with marketing in Ad placement strategy and ROI analytics
Channel Sales â?? Manage affiliate strategy and reseller relationships, develop channel sales through partners like Amazon
Monitoring the competitive landscape for all brands
Capitalize on trends and changing ecommerce habits
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements of the role:
Website Design â?? High level understanding of website architecture, best practices, current trends and conversion tactics: landing pages, calls to action, hub and spoke content strategy, as well as HTML/CSS/Javascript familiarity
R&Dâ?? Have a keen interest in new applications, SaaS, business models, tools, and campaigns to further the reach of the Ecommerce brands
Development â?? work with internal and external dev teams on projects, launches, and bringing new functionality to the ecommerce brands
