Required Experience/Skills:
- Overall experience of 12+ years.
- Must have Developer certification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem in any capacity
- Strong experience in ITSM domain for building incident management solutions.
- Customization/Integration/Development experience with Samanage GREAT to have.
- Ability to run discovery sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce features.
- Strong Functional understanding of Service cloud
