We design, build, and integrate world-class smart robotic solutions to solve challenging material handling and manufacturing problems for a variety of industries. Our projects typically last between 3-12 months and range in value from $50k to $10M+ with project team sizes between 3 and 20 members. What qualifies you for this opportunity? Years of first hand experience designing, building, and/or commissioning industrial automation systems Track record of successfully completing diverse projects on time and on budget with integrity Power to motivate your team, wow your customer, and influence vendor partners Ability to mentor team members to amplify your impact to the team’s overall success Expert level of professionalism and leadership when facing tough conversations and project challenges How could you boost your application? Solid understanding of the fundamentals of mechanical design, PLC/Robot programming, assembly A portfolio of projects in which you made significant contributions as a leader Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Drive to continuously improve, take on new responsibilities, and raise the bar
