Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

? Candidate must be able to review HLD, LLD, BoM and understand

project requirement.

? Candidate must be able to prepare configuration script as per LLD

design with minimal supervision

? Candidate should be able to take end to end ownership of network

project interact with third party vendors, business & internal teams.

? Candidate must have exposure on racking & stacking of new

network devices.

? Candidate should have previous implementation & troubleshooting

experience on LAN, WAN & wireless network.

? Candidate must be able to perform complex troubleshooting of

implementation tasks on the LAN, WAN & WLAN with minimal

supervision

? Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of hands on experience on

Catalyst 4500, 3800 & 2900 series of switches.

? Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of hands on experience on

Routers such as ASR 1000, ISR Cisco 1900, 2900, and 3900 series

routers.

? Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of hands on experience on

wireless LAN controllers Cisco 5508, 5520, 2504 & Cisco LWAP 3800,

3700 series.

? Monitoring network performance

? Providing daily operational support and administration for core

network infrastructure

? Strong written and spoken communication

? Good understanding of ITIL framework.

? MS Visio hands on knowledge
