worth noting that the role we seek to fill is for the QC Manager role, as such the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading a QC/QA department client is seeking a qualified QC manager / Engineer in the San Mateo, CA area.
The primary role of the QC Engineer is to assist the QA/QC Program Manager with the planning and daily execution of the project.
Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the QA/QC Program Manager, by managing the daily QA/QC tasks of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets.
Essential Functions Shared time between office and field management operations may include: safety meetings. processing of submittals and request for information. QC reports. QC field inspections. writing procedure. QC audits. subcontractor scheduling and coordination. coordinating inspections. compute punch list. final inspection and turnover.
