The Senior Technical Service and Quality Manager (STQM) reports to the Senior Vice President, Operations Support and provides leadership and support for all Technical Services related activities. The STQM works closely with the operations team and proactively assists in achieving their objectives within the Company\'s established procedural boundaries. The STQM is responsible for ensuring coordination of company objectives and activities with Technical Services responsibilities. The STQM must keep a regional perspective while planning and acting strategically. The STQM must provide timely and accurate feedback to the Regional Vice President and operations team on all aspects of assigned technical services.
