Role:Business Systems Analyst - Commercial Systems Location:Irvine, CA Essential Duties & Responsibilities Utilizing a high degree of independent judgement, determines system operational objectives by studying the commercial functions, gathering information and evaluating requirements Conducts analysis, evaluation, design, testing and implementation of system requirements Defines project requirements by utilizing highly skilled independent judgement in identifying milestones, phases and deliverables. Translate the commercial business requirements into CRM and marketing solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuse Responsible for project execution which will include tracking project activity, resolving problems, providing progress reports and recommending action items Optimize business processes through automated workflow technolog Stay abreast on updates and new releases in CRM technologies as well as commercial processes and requirement Keep a rolling 18-month roadmap to identify key projects and milestones Key skills/desired experience Understands the key commercial business processes Has experience implementing and supporting applications for commercial functions Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Works equally well with both hands-on and remote based staff Must have demonstrated effectiveness as a hands-on, results-oriented person who is willing and able to work on a wide range of activities Goal-driven team player with solid organizational skills and a keen attention to detail Excellent inter-personal, analytical, and communication skills Strong diagnostic and technical resolution skills Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines Strong writing and documentation skills Qualification Requirements Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience At least 5 yearsâ?? experience supporting CRM tools (Veeva preferred) Experience working in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or similar experience
