We work as a team and have fun doing it!Position Summary Manage the day to day Quality Assurance activities centered on Quality, including customer, internal, and supplier realms, within our Company.
Facilitate the supporting processes, which are primarily based on Corrective Action and formal Problem Solving. Assure that our established quality procedures are consistently and systematically adhered to.
Ensure the quality of our products meets our standards, from the moment materials are received, to the moment our products are finished. Secondarily, support the development and implementation of a Quality Management System, and promote and stimulate the corresponding cultural transition.

Essential Job Functions:
Ensure the conformance to specification of product, through inspection practices, non conformance control, gauge control, statistical process control, corrective actions, preventative actions, mistake proofing methodologies, measurement systems analysis, process capabilities analysis and the use of company level data (trends) and customer satisfaction criteria.
Must have an understanding about how standardized processes are beneficial, and be able to persuade others to share that belief. Continuously advocate the standardization and improvement of our processes within Operations.
Responding to customer complaints by administering the Customer Quality program, coaching and supporting investigation of root cause, and ensuring that countermeasures address root cause and are sustainable.Determine when finished goods may require quarantine and inspection, to prevent potentially defective products from reaching our customers.Assist in the development of supplier communication, and audit processes to ensure material quality.
