Job Description:
Successful candidate will become part of a team of Securityprofessionals supporting leveraged and dedicated end point threat managementsolutions in HP’s Public Sector. These solutions currently include, but aren’tlimited to, McAfee’s ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Symantec’s End PointManagement (SEPM), and Trend Micro Deep Security Manager (DSM). HP’s EPTMSolution Suite includes the management server and console as well as theirrespective agent components. In addition to deployment and configuration ofHP’s various EPTM solutions to new client environments, the team is responsiblefor 24/7 support of those solutions once deployed. These engineers will beadded to the on-call rotation addressing incidents as well as daily maintenancetasks and problem tickets of the EPTM Service, and the suites that make themup.
Details of Job Responsibility:
24/7 On-Call incident resolution rotation of EPTM tools.
Routine and scheduled maintenance and health check tasks for the EPTMtools.
Problem resolution of EPTM tools
Custom policy and exclusion creation based on defined use cases or activeincidents.
Change management work in support of the EPTM tools.
System tuning to streamline filtering, alerting and security eventnotifications from the EPTM tools.
Lead Deployments of EPTM solutions to new clients.
Internal Client-facing Subject Matter Expert for the EPTM Suite.
