ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing three eCommerce websites in collaboration with brand marketing teams to ensure site usability, growth, and continued improvement.
The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the latest ecommerce solutions that promote revenue growth, improve customer loyalty, streamline business processes, and enable cross-functional teams to contribute to the success of the ecommerce channel.
This position will require strong leadership and teamwork skills in working closely with the marketing, product, tech, finance, fulfillment and customer service teams to collectively achieve short-term and long-term goals are achieved.
The Ecommerce Manager will serve as the liaison with our platform vendor to maintain a compelling and brand-appropriate shopping experience. The Ecommerce Manager will report to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize website analytics, UX research and insights from customers & cross-functional teams to guide the prioritization and development of website improvements that enhance the shopping experience, promote customer loyalty, increase conversion rates and grow AOVSeek ways to improve the conversion rate of the ecommerce sites through performance improvements in the conversion funnel and related site contentManage the third-party seller ratings and onsite reviews including recommendations for rating and reviews acquisition strategiesManage onsite marketing plugins from vendors including Yieldify, Vizury, Fresh Relevance, and othersPlan, execute and measure conversion funnel tests, A/B testing of high trafficked landing pagesAnalyze website merchandising performance, and provide recommendations on how to improve engagement and sales
Work with Customer Service to prioritize and troubleshoot website issuesCollaborate with the VP of Strategic Initiatives, marketing teams, internal stakeholders and vendor partners on site enhancements and projectsCollaborate with the Insight & Analytics Manager to measure and report performance of commerce sites against established KPIs and goalsCollaborate with the Digital Acquisition Manager to leverage and retain inbound traffic from social media, PPC, and other digital impressionsFoster collaborative relationships across the company to support the ecommerce channel and lead joint projects with cross-functional teamsCollaborate with the marketing teams to execute online marketing campaigns
Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors and provide recommendations for adoptionWork on special projects in coordination with digital marketing and brand marketing teams as neededHost quarterly forum with brand leadership discussing vision and site performance

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing5+ years working in Ecommerce in a leadership capacityBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Science or equivalent work experienceThorough understanding of the Ecommerce customer experienceThorough understanding of Ecommerce infrastructure and system integrations (content delivery networks, email service providers, payment gateways, ERPs)Proven track record in achieving revenue growth, collaboration with teams, and developing strong partnerships with 3rd partiesExperience partnering with web development and design teams to guide projects from conception to completionStrong leadership, communication and analytical skillsAbility to maintain and balance both a high standard of quality and speed in productivityDemonstrated ability to prioritize and triage tasks given limited resources and multiple concurrent projectsExperience with Google Analytics is requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is requiredB2B experience helpfulKnowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with Javascript is helpfulFamiliarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is helpfulCreative sense of design, aesthetic balance and layout is helpful
