Position Summary

The Sr. SoftwareDeveloper – MS CRM is responsible for the design, development, testing,deployment and the support of applications for SSI’s usage of MicrosoftDynamics. 

Essential Duties AndResponsibilities

·        These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion ofmanagement in the context of the role.

·        Maintain, administer, and backup the CRM entities.  Perform hands-oncustomer support and 2nd level application troubleshooting. (25%)

·        Develop and implement custom web based technical solutions to improve upon onthe current implementation of Microsoft (MS) Dynamics platform. (20%)

·        Maintain and support  the native configuration and customization of MS CRMbased on the company’s functional requirement and changing needs. Developautomated workflows defined by business processes. Manage data utilized bynative CRM. (20%)

·        Use MS CRM native reporting wizard or SSRS to design and create functional andregional based reports.   (20%)

·        Write plug-in code and implement the appropriate Plug-in API methods for basicoperation.  Extend MS CRM web functionality for external user access.(10%)

·        Create and manage the Scribe integration processes between MS CRM and MSDynamic AX. (5%)

Education andExperience:

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or MIS.

·        10+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry.

·        5+ years of experience using various programming language including VB.Net.ASP. NET, C#, JS, SQL and XML.

·        3+ years of experience working in a large, professional, fast paced environment

·        3+ years of experience of configuration and customization of MS Dynamics CRM,SQL and .Net Framework experience.

Specialized Skills:

·        Microsoft Certification MCP, MCSD or any Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificationpreferred.

·        Knowledge of Third-Party Plug-ins includes Celenia, Scribe and other applicableapplications. 

·        Knowledge of Various programming languages and the ability to determine whichlanguage is applicable Web Service development, Programming languages – C#,VB.net, ASP.NET, WCF, .NET CORE
