Job Description:

Position: IT Support Manager :

The Network Operations Manager oversees the day-to- day operations of Network infrastructure LAN/WAN networking, Voice, Network Security and NOC (including customer facing).

Responsibilities

·         Manage, mentor, guide and provide tactical and strategic direction for the Infrastructure Operations team; including systems and network groups

·         Hands on technical and tactical management of networking LAN/WAN, Voice and Security system technologies

·         Understand, develop and implement procedures around Network data center operations

·         Lead to implement, manage, and report upon Network security policy and safeguards over the companys information and assets

·         Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and Maintain appropriate ·         Report on Network infrastructure KPIs

·         Project implementation ·         Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Ability

·         Strong organizational and planning skills

·         A solid understanding systems and network architecture in a dispersed environment

·         Highly motivated and quick learner

·         Works well under pressure, able to remain focused and professional during high stress situation

·         NOC Operations - Solarwinds NPM; NCM; Bandwidth Analyzer, NVQM, PacketSled

·         A degree in computer science or a related field (or commensurate experience)

·         Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto or other wireless, etc..)

·         Datacenter design to networking best practices
