Job Description:
Should have big data experience on e-commerce orsimilar platform
Familiar with big data eco-systems (AWS), tools(ELK, NewRelic)
Should have the experience in managing projectswith design/DevOps and operations environment
Experience in strong Stakeholder management andExec presentations
Should be able to travel across US as per thebusiness requirements to manage the chronic sites and resources working onchronic issues
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum process andunder pressure with stringent deadlines
Participate as a proactive contributor andsubject matter expert on team projects, technical discussions
Strong Business, verbal, written communicationand interpersonal skill
Should be a strong team player
Should have experience handling high severityissues and should be able to effectively manage the situation and drive theissue to closure
Experience handling discussions with end users
