Today, its breadth of owned media content channels extends across in flight TV, experiential, social, mobile, print, gamification, events and more.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that programs continue to be best in class globally through their innovation and quality. As a highly organized individual, you will manage multiple projects at once, being the main point-of-contact for the client and internal teams.
As well as delivering special projects, you will work with the media sales team on advertising initiatives.
Ensuring the effectiveness of content initiatives, you will collaborate with the media sales team to help facilitate and maximize revenue opportunities from third party brands who advertise across extensive media ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as one of the clients main point-of-contacts; communicate to client project statuses and seek approval when required.
  • Maintain positive client relationship at all levels of the client organization.
  • Ensure day-to-day execution of on-going deliverables on various projects.
  • Project manage special initiatives as required, as per specifications and expectations, in collaboration with internal collaborators, such as the Editorial and Sales teams.
  • Proactively enroll clients in new business-building initiatives and sell ideas through the executions.
  • Manage reporting requests from the clients and internal teams; good analytical skills.
  • Keep agency team informed, focused and motivated about the business.
  • Track budget related to the initiatives and work with Accounting to pay invoices and bill clients.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work without supervision
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree in Commerce or Communications required
