Position Requirements:
3 – 4 years’experience in Guidewire development as a lead software engineer and/or as atechnical lead
3- 4 years'experience in JAVA development
Bachelor’s Degree inComputer Science or Computer Engineering
Ability to analyzeand creatively solve problems
Ability toeffectively prioritize and execute tasks in a multi-priority environment withdemanding timelines
Execution ofwell-defined project tasks
Strong and effectivecommunication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to payattention to minute detail and quality
Initiative,adaptability, and willingness to learn
Strongproblem-solving skills
