JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Work on Consolidating CRM processes between two business units.
2. SAP CRM / Media architect .
3. Gather Requirement for consolidating CRM process.
4. Perform GAP Analysis between existing solutions and consolidating them.
5. Manage Onshore and Offshore CRM Teams .
6. Design solution keeping in mind with potential S4 HANA project .
