Job Description:

 Create prototypes forclient engagements, identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions

 

 Along with other Sr.Engineers, leads team coding standards and best practices

 

Along with Account Executives and Engagement Managers, helpsto lead internal and external relationships and project

 

 Prioritizes multipletasks effectively

 

Able to deliver business and technical design documents

 

 Promotes activelistening with team members.

 

 Contributesappropriately to conversations at levels from engineers though C-Level.

 

Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trustwith fellow employees.

 

 Assumes additionalresponsibility without being asked.

 

Encourages fellow team members to make innovativecontributions and embrace new ideas.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

 Bachelor's degree orequivalent experience, Master preferred

 At least 8+ years ofexperience in implementation and design of ITSM platforms like BMCRemedy/Remedy Force, HP Service Anywhere/ Service Manager or ServiceNow

 At least 4+ years ofexperience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform

 The candidateshould be trained in ITILv3 foundation certified

 Experience withJavaScript, Angular JS, XML and XSL stylesheets. Administration of aServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS,workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalogitems and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

 

Should have prior experience in integrating tools inServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, webservices, email etc.Should have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)

 

 ServiceNow Experienceshould include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work,technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possessthe skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/orcustomization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change andService Catalog. Also System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience.

 

Demonstrated experience in both business process andtechnical design and implementation

 

 Experienced inEnd-to-End System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customerrequirement analysis, system design, testing and implementation

 

 Strong leadership,communication and influencing skills
