Description:

 Responsible for overall design, development and teamcoordination on business systems/applications under deadlines. 

 Management of development environment, resources, issues, bugsand escalation to proper channels. 

Manage communication ofdevelopment team. 

 Provide status reports to and meet with Microsoft PM or vendorPM to discuss project status. 

 Communicate standards and defend technology and scopingdecisions to information technology management and development teams.

Skills Needed:

 Software design engineer skills plus project management andsoftware engineering process expertise

Primary Technical Skill -Extensive experience on C++/C# Programming with relevant technical expertise onSQL/LINQ/Entity FW. Should have experience of VSTS / VSO and GIT.

Experience on AD Connect Syncand Active Directory Architecture and O365 (Good to Have)

Good to have knowledge ofworking with Industry standard design principals.

Should have previously workedas Scrum Master role, managing daily standup, Scrum board, retrospective.Experience of working "AGILE + DevOps" process managementmethodology.

Ability to manage large,complex development projects including the proactive identification of issuesand coordination of resolutions. 

                   Abilityto troubleshoot and solve difficult problems.

 Demonstrated high level of accountability and personalresponsibility leading to the success of projects. 

 Ability to write, speak, and present information effectively andpersuasively across communication settings. 

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
